The 8th EnKF Data Assimilation Workshop

Most participants will attend the entire workshop from Sunday May 6 to Thursday May 10.
The rate for the stay is:

• CAN $ 781 per person, single occupancy, gratuities included, applicable taxes extra.
• CAN $ 573 per person, double occupancy, gratuities included, applicable taxes extra.

The main meeting package includes:

• 4 Nights stay (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
• 4 American breakfast buffet (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
• 4 Lunch Buffet in the Dining Room (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
• 3 Table d'hôte diner in the dining room (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
• 7 Coffee break pauses AM-PM with snacks (2 per day on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and 1 on Thursday).

Note that:

1. in view of variable arrival times and desired variety of food, the dinner on Sunday has not been included in the meeting package.
2. A shuttle service from/to Trudeau airport is available on Sunday/Thursday. This is not included in the package (a fee of CAN $35 + taxes is charged per one-way transportation). Please indicate on the registration form below if you want to use the shuttle service.
3. The lunch on the last day will likely be offered in a box that people can take with them.

Some participants may be able to attend only part of the workshop. To permit this, participants can select from the daily packages detailed below. Note the minor differences for the different days.
To register for a limited number of days, please communicate directly with the hotel.

• 1 American breakfast buffet (Thursday)
• 1 Lunch Buffet in the Dining Room (Thursday)

Note that:
